We’re excited to announce Diamond on Seneca is now serving brunch every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 


Our relaxed brunch experience is the perfect way to fuel up before a day of exploring the Finger Lakes or to ease into a slow, relaxing Sunday morning. Enjoy sweet and savory favorites, locally inspired ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, and beautiful views overlooking Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes.

Starters

Breadbasket — $12

Cheddar dill scones, croissants, baguette, butter and preserves. GF available for +$4

Charcuterie — $25

Local ham, prosciutto, chorizo, and baked brie with berries, baguette, olives and cornichons. Serves 2–4. Vegan available.

Mussels — $20

PEI mussels with shallots, white wine saffron garlic broth, served with baguette.

English muffin topped with local ham, poached eggs, and lemony hollandaise. Served with garlic roasted potatoes.


Smoked Salmon Benedict — $24

Smoked salmon, watercress, and poached eggs on brioche topped with dill hollandaise. Served with garlic roasted potatoes.


Vineyard Scramble — $23

Roasted peppers, local cheddar, and chives scrambled with two eggs. Served with garlic roasted potatoes, local bacon, croissant, and grape preserves.


Eggs Tivoli — $20

Ciabatta with two poached eggs, watercress, and truffle. Served with garlic roasted potatoes.


Crispy Corn Fritters — $20

Buttermilk pancakes with roasted corn and local chevre cheese, topped with fresh blueberries and NY maple syrup.


Lemon Ricotta Pancakes — $20

Pancakes with raspberry compote and NY maple syrup.


Brie Stuffed French Toast — $20

Brioche French toast stuffed with brie, mascarpone, and peach preserves, topped with blackberries and NY maple syrup.(Vegan option available +$3)


Dark Belgian Chocolate Waffle — $20

Chocolate waffle with Amarena cherries, Chantilly cream, and NY maple syrup.
